When planning our wedding, we wanted to
give our out-of-town guests a list of local hotels, motels, bed & breakfast
facilities and campgrounds close to the reception hall, which in our case was
the North Washington Social Hall. Because the rodeo is held right there at
the Rodeo Arena and there are people looking for lodging in that area for other
activities in the area, we thought we'd share our Lodging Information Sheet
that we sent to our out-of-town guests.

Emlenton Motor Inn
We made
a visit to check out the rooms to insure they were suitable.
Not luxurious, but clean. 23 rooms; four singles, the rest doubles. It is located above the Emlenton Truck Plaza right at Exit
42 on I-80. From there, it is
20 miles to Clarion and 50 miles to Dubois.
The Golf Hall of Fame is located at the next Exit on I-80 and there
are golf courses nearby. |
